Brickyard Book Sale April 21-25

Don't get stuck in the stacks this summer. Get a great deal on books on the Brickyard.

Looking for summer reading material? Then head down to the Brickyard next week for  the annual Friends of the Library Frank B. Armstrong Memorial Book Sale.

Not only will you find fun and affordable books on a wide variety of topics, you’ll have the satisfaction of supporting the amazing NCSU Libraries. Here’s the schedule for  the book sale:

Monday, April 21

5–6 p.m.  — Ribbon cutting and preview for Friends of the Library life members

6–8 p.m. — Open for Friends of the Library members and volunteers

Tuesday, April 22 through Thursday, April 24

9 a.m.–6 p.m. — Open to the public.

Friday, April 25

9 a.m.–noon — Open to the public

Prices

Monday and Tuesday
Hardbound books and media: $4; paperbound: $2

Wednesday Half Price Sale
Hardbound books and media: $2; paperbound: $1

Thursday and Friday Bag Sale
Everything you can fit in a bag: $5 (plastic bags will be provided by the Friends of the Library). Individual items will be sold at $2 for hardbound books and media and $1 for paperbound books.

  • We have two boxes of book in MN Hall that instructors did not need anymore. Do you have anyone that can pick those up. We’d like to give them to the library.
