The university’s Council on the Status of Women is looking for leaders who’ve created opportunities for women. You can help by nominating a deserving faculty member, staff member or student for the Equity for Women Award.

The award recognizes leadership in establishing equity for women at work or through volunteer service.

Nomination forms are due by Friday, Jan. 13. Here’s the nomination form and a list of past recipients.

Honorees will be announced at the 2012 Sisterhood Dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
