Think globally, cook internationally. That’s the premise of a new cookbook from the Office of International Services.
Students and scholars from 33 countries have contributed their favorite recipes to The Pan-galactic Cookbook, Volume I. Most are easy to prepare, and all the ingredients can be found in Raleigh.
If you reserve a copy now, you can save. The cookbook is $15 if you preorder online through the International Services website by Oct. 5. Otherwise, the price is $18.
Proceeds from the book will fund for cross-cultural programming for international and domestic students at NC State.
