NC State faculty, staff and students will join the cleanup effort at Shaw University on Thursday, April 21. To volunteer, meet at the Talley Student Center at 2:40 p.m. and join a carpool/vanpool or go directly to  Estey Hall on the Shaw campus, 118 East South Street in Raleigh, at 3 p.m.

Volunteers should bring work gloves and wear closed toe shoes.

Shaw, the oldest historically black university in the South, suffered significant damage in last Saturday’s storm.
