Dr. Ann Spafford, assistant professor in the Department of Horticultural Science, and Dr. Helen Kraus, a lecturer in horticultural science, have published a book titled, “Rain Gardening in the South: Ecologically Designed Gardens for Drought, Deluge, and Everything In Between.” The book educates homeowners on how to capture and reduce stormwater runoff on their property.

I only have e-mail address as above. I sent a letter to Dr. Helen Kraus as she gave a lecture at our
Perennial Plant Symposium. I was very interested in the part on the rain basin as where I live the state
put in a basin at the end of out street. I am not sure if it is possible to get a copy of that lecture
as realize there are copyrights. If not, could I find a section of that in your book. The town
is having a big problem as to maintain it. There is a problem now with breeding mosquitoes.
I did take notes on that subject. Thanking you in advance for your time. I live
in Hasbrouick Heights NJ.
